Deleted Bookmarks Finale

well, I've finally done it. I've become fed up with adult links on the Internet, porn and the majority of the Internet in general. I had previously written about getting rid of adult links, but I had kept the trusted sites. However, I don't even need those anymore.

Today, I dumped all my adult oriented bookmarks. Though I am writing some things that could be considered “Adult” they are more in the genre of “romance”. Seriously, do we really need more smut than what is already out there? Can't we be sexual, sensual, without the graphic descriptions of a sex act? Perhaps it's happened to me finally. I'm bored with Internet porn. It's not even real to me, no fantasy of unobtainable hot men is satisfying anymore. I am now dealing totally with reality instead of the fantasy because fantasies only let us down. We fantasize about being younger, being more fit, being healthy. Fit and Healthy are obtainable, but going back and being younger and full of all that sexual energy like a rabbit on speed is a thing of the past. Lets deal with it folks. Move on and rediscover your own real sexual energies that make reality a great thing to live in.

I'm just not satisfied with adult sites anymore, it's either “been there”, “done that”, or “eeewwww, hell no”! I prefer to think that I can be more on line than just another person surfing porn sites. I like to think I'm better than a statistic of Internet porn users.

Peer to Peer networks can still be useful, if the use is legal and legitimate. I mean, I've downloaded Linux operating systems on bit-torrent before and I like that ability to use it because I can get what I need or want much faster. However, the rest can kiss my ass. Besides, when I used them in the past, I always ended up with other things I didn't want. Some rude people would rename files and when I thought it was gay oriented, it turned out to be some hetero porn thing. I wasn't happy with that. Well, I have one of those ISPs that doesn't allow most p2p except bit-torrent.

I'm not going to waste my time on the Internet anymore, I'm just going to do my social networking with my family and friends, read my email, read the news and... of course, have a browser open to useful research sites... plus dictionary.com, thesaurus.com and encyclopedia.com. Those are useful to everybody... without the bull.

So, when I finish writing my “adult oriented books” they will not be smut, they will be romance, though the situations are adult, they should be no more adult than what you get on TV or in damn good movies. I mean, we all know what they did, we just didn't have to see it. It's a breath of fresh air. Romeo and Juliette got it on, and we never heard the bed creak. Yet, it's my favorite romance of all time, and tragedy.

So that's it my readers. Dar is dumping the adult and embracing the heart and soul of humanity in his writings. I want my readers to feel it in their chest, not their crotch. I want real feelings, not horniness. I want people to believe in humanity's ability to love, not just screw around in sexual conquests.

Laters.
